Return Policy
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@hfhtrends.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to us. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds (For COD Orders)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 5-7 business days. Please ensure you provide the correct details for the refund transfer.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us immediately if you receive a faulty product.
